Anyway, in the email there are some grammatical gems that deserve great respect and should be rewarded: examples of Orwellian newspeak derived from text messaging like "Sorry Punny but 2° you it’s really like that..." or "I can't wait for them to come out..." along with the comment on Rocco Siffredi's review make it all enjoyable. In short, 4 out of encouragement and for the aforementioned gems, while waiting for more inspiration....!
Ministry Houses of the Molé

It's so ridiculous that the anonymous person is ashamed to identify themselves. You've said some bullshit! Do you really think someone buys Ministry records because it's trendy and because they're anti-Bush? What do you think, that Ministry has the same popularity as Green Day or Rage Against the Machine? Ministry is bought by people who are interested and who like industrial music, for those who want to discover these kinds of sounds, for those who want a bit of adrenaline! If you have a guilty conscience and see politics in everything you listen to, that's your problem! A review that says little anyway. Sufficient.

Don't worry, matt7, if someone isn't sure what genre the band plays, it's better to describe the tracks and avoid embarrassing situations, so you did well! I'm actually curious to hear if there are other albums by Mr. Big that you think are worth it (you mentioned Hey Man) because I only have this one and I really like it a lot. Many classify this CD as AOR. Let's say there is also AOR, but in my opinion, it’s a hybrid that merges different genres; let’s say melodic hard rock!

You gave me quite the responsibility. If you don’t like it, don’t take it out on me ee! Then let me know if you liked it!

So I'll try to convince you. Anyway, what you've listened to is the latest album, which isn't actually among Savatage's best works, nor is it one of their most direct, even though it contains some hidden gems like "morphine child"! I would suggest starting either with their absolute masterpiece "streets," which features one of the most exciting concepts in metal, or with "edge of thorns." Moreover, Criss Oliva is present in these albums, which is missing in the album you listened to, and that absence is definitely felt. I consider this guitarist among the best in American heavy metal. In my opinion, his best performance is in the album I reviewed, where he delivers an extraordinary performance, with truly incredible solos and rhythms, but I repeat, both are beautiful albums. In "streets," you can feel a grand atmosphere, and the concept was surely influenced by "the wall" by Pink Floyd. To get an idea, you can read the Italian lyrics of the album; in fact, there is a website completely dedicated to Savatage www.savatage.it. The lyrics are truly touching, and when paired with the music, they create a perfect combination! It's worth noting that in "streets" Jon Oliva sings, whom you also heard in "poets and madmen," but his voice is definitely much better, deeper, and interprets the songs in the best way. The albums are completely different; "streets" leans more towards hard rock. In the album I reviewed, however, Jon Oliva is no longer the vocalist, but Zachary Stevens, who doesn't scream; he has a clean and deep voice with great interpretive skills. Technically not exceptional but capable of giving that extra edge to the songs thanks to his depth and, as I said before, his great interpretive ability. Well, in short, start with "streets," and it's essential to know the lyrics as well. If you want to buy it, it costs only 10 euros or at most 12; in my opinion, it's money well spent.
End of the sales pitch, hope to have convinced you!!!
Mägo De Oz Finisterra

I’ve listened to a few songs from Finisterra, but I'm well acquainted with their next album "Gaia," which is truly splendid. Joyful, carefree music, perfect for singing in a medieval tavern with a barrel of beer in front of you, yet it also makes you reflect! In Spain, they are celebrities and sell tons of records, even making it into the significant charts; in short, they are an institution!

A review that says little about the album, but it's well written! Great band with Sheenan unleashing deadly duels with the guitar through his bass (like in the first track). A really well-played record, even with influences from black music (not that metal ee) and funk etc. Great CD! 4.5

I don't know a thing about this group, but you really encourage me to discover and listen to them! Great review!

Hi Fidia, in the end, it’s always a matter of taste! I’m curious to know what you listened to, so maybe I can recommend something else from this band because I think they’re worth it!

too bad for you who hate the 80s, you miss out on an entire decade of crazy and excessive music, often pompous, cheesy, and commercial, and that’s what I think is beautiful about it. The 80s were the decade of excess, perhaps too hedonistic, but far removed from the grayness and despair of the 90s (which is still another great decade, just a bit more mature).
That prog could not exist in the 80s, in my opinion, is a debatable statement; there were releases, certainly they can’t be compared to those of the 70s, but as a genre, it had run its course!
