But guys, the review is intentionally imprecise... I know the album is from 1977, I know the comparisons with other bands are exaggerated, just as it’s exaggerated to define Pasolini and the VU as PESSIMISTS (perhaps REALISTS would be much more appropriate)... but it’s precisely these imprecisions that give substance to the work, making it difficult to pin down, always in motion and provocative... just as the Velvet Underground would have wanted.
