But then, everyone takes themselves damn seriously.
"review etymologically means a critical examination of a new work with a judgment on its value and merit...".
Poet, here no one is a professional, otherwise we certainly wouldn't be writing on an amateur site.
As I've already written numerous times, my opinion (and what I like about De Baser) is that reviews and opinions can be exchanged with others, and in this way, expand one's knowledge.
Not certainly to create visibility, with pretentious comments or reviews from a seasoned critic.

I have to say, though, that she's quite a looker.

For once, I will take Poletti's side. Poet, I have read some of your reviews and, frankly, they did not give me the impression of being low-key as you try to promote in this review criticizing Poletti. In my opinion, yours are also "a rather self-indulgent solipsistic exercise... it's feeding the ego without any service to others." A bit of self-criticism wouldn't hurt.

This nice review deserves more comments. I heard something from Also and The Trees thanks to a friend, but, to be honest, they didn't quite leave a lasting impression on me. However, the review has encouraged me to listen to them again. Bye.

If I may venture a personal observation, at this point it would have been better not to publish it.
Let me explain, what’s the point in appearing liberal and publishing this review when it doesn't show up not only on the homepage, but not even among the "latest" comments?
Then we should erase tons of crap, much of which has even appeared on the homepage.
At this point, I prefer an honest authority to a false freedom.
P.S.: I apologize in advance if it’s a technical error, although it’s very strange that my comments on other reviews appear and those related to this one do not.

Sanjù, they've really scorched the earth for you; the comments on this review don't appear among the "latest."

I don't know if it's a technical issue, but my comments are not showing up among the "latest comments."

I didn't like it at all.
I was expecting a highly critical and corrosive film, and in the end, all that remained was a sense of disappointment and boredom.
A sign that in Italy, films of this kind (at least for now) are not made with courage.
However, the review seems well-argued to me.
Taylor Hackford L'Avvocato Del Diavolo

In my opinion, this film somewhat mirrors Angel Heart, even though the setting is profoundly different. I quite like it, but mainly for Al Pacino's performance (I'm a humanist...) and for the attractive actresses in it.

Only now did I realize the "dramatic" among the genres.
This brought a smile to my face.
