Listen mgw, don't treat me like an idiot, because I can assure you I'm not.
I've noticed that in your genre you are really knowledgeable and I'm glad about that.
But I've also noticed that you don't understand a damn thing about metal. Because, aside from all the bullshit ramblings, this is what we're talking about, a METAL BAND.

We completely agree that there are both good groups and less good ones even now, but cool, admit it, you made a big blunder about the Beatles. No hard feelings.

I don't think it's a matter of being innovators or anything like that, because it's clear that the DTs are not (even in metal, just look at Fates Warning, Queensryche, etc. before them). In my opinion, the truth is that certain detractors can't stand the massive popularity they've gained despite the fact that the DTs are not commercial at all (I mean they are absolutely outside the star system).

Yes, but as you yourself may have noticed, the reviewer's thoughts are not worth much and I wouldn't take them too seriously.

I'm sorry, but what does this mean? That referring to a genre that's already been tried isn't worth a damn? If a band is good, they're good, period. Then the DT can be criticized just like any other band or genre, but the argument you've made, I'm sorry, but it just doesn't hold up at all.

I meant to say that the comparison doesn't hold up, especially live, as evidenced by the fact that the crowd goes wild during their concerts when Dickinson and the band play the old tracks. The Iron, just to please the fans, played only songs from the first 4 albums on their last tour last year (a tour, of course, that sold out all dates).

I'm sorry, Fabbiu, but I disagree. In my opinion, Iron Maiden were fantastic until Somewhere in Time, good until Fear of the Dark, and mediocre since their last studio album. Live, they are always great because they give their all—grit, passion, and love for the fans—yet it's undeniable that they've experienced a significant drop in inspiration over the last 15 years, as evidenced by the fact that the songs from their recent albums simply cannot hold a candle to the classics.

What could Tollani have meant and who is hiding behind the "dancing little worker chansonnier"? ;-)

Both things you said.
Be careful, make sure my sessions work.
Many are still paying the consequences.

You must be even more on your guard.
Be careful, the hidden is always around the corner, it can strike at any moment and there's no hiding place or anonymity that can protect you.
