To conclude (also because I'm about to get busy), my dear anonymous, you can tell me that we have different opinions, that yours are better, but the one thing you definitely cannot do is give me lessons in law, since I work in this field...

Your current post contains, for example, a serious legal error, as Vic could not incur in either the crime of defamation nor that of insult (I'll spare you the definition of both offenses and their difference), but as I have repeatedly stated, in that of incitement to racial hatred and discrimination. Your procedural shortcomings, then, are made evident in your previous posts where you dare to argue about offenses subject to complaint. I will also spare you all the case law regarding those who offend the dignity or honor of a person (this indeed is a crime of insult).

Finally, even if you think differently from me, I don't consider you an idiot for that...

Not for this reason do I believe I should sue Vic, but I have only outlined the danger that someone might do so.

With all due respect, dear anonymous, it seems to me that the one grasping at straws is you. Unable to undermine the validity of my arguments from a, shall we say, procedural standpoint, you cling to the fact that I wrote "nationalist" instead of "national socialist." Conversely, I could point out all the inaccuracies in your statements from a legal perspective, but I won't. You see things one way, I see them in a diametrically opposite manner. I repeat, in my opinion, the words used by Vic regarding gays, Jews, minorities (by the way, first Vic writes "those Muslim idiots" only to then praise Hamas with a clear anti-Jewish intent, showing that Vic's ideas aren't so clear-cut and that his stance is merely a provocation) carry a strongly discriminatory content; you are free to think as you wish.

I brought up the story of the crime punished by the aforementioned Law (note well, law, not penal code) to inform Vic about the risks he faces by continuing down this path (we may or may not agree, but the content of the law is clear). I recall that many journalists have been investigated (and some convicted) for much less. Furthermore, the current government intends to reinstate hate speech crimes. The current situation, whether one wants to accept it or not, is this.

Alias, your argument is sound.
The distinction between those you mention and Vic, in my opinion, lies in the intrinsic danger of his statements.
It is clear that people who have reached the necessary maturity have no trouble dismissing his more extreme views as nonsensical absurdities made solely for the purpose of provoking and entertaining. But think about the thousands of kids already excited by themselves who come across this reading. What effect do you think it will have on them?

Being a nationalist, of course, is not a crime under Italian law, but inciting violence and racial discrimination certainly is, and I have demonstrated that to you. Are you okay if instead of nationalist I use national socialist? (I was thinking of the term Nazi but the word disgusted me so much that I didn't even want to say it.)

Alias, I have to be honest with you, this is a field where I’m not particularly skilled, but, reading the reviews, I still don’t think Vic has the subtlety and satirical humor of those you mentioned. To me, he just seems like a loudmouth who enjoys provoking.

Dear anonymous, why are you starting to get heated?
We are just having a discussion here, we're not putting anyone on trial.
It’s typical of those who have nothing left to say to get agitated without reason, but is Vic somehow related to you?
Writing that gay people deserve to be dragged by their hair behind a car like you see in Western movies, is that what you call a calm expression of affection?
Relax and try to engage in a peaceful conversation, if you can.
