Alright, take care of that and don’t bother me.
I should learn once and for all not to pay attention to the anonymous...

To reply to you, I am a collaborator and I am waiting for the results of the qualification exam... and what do you do in life?
Audioslave Audioslave

And what do you do in life, scarecrow?

For example, if you're a mechanic, I certainly won't come and bother you about how to fix an exhaust.

Finally, you take care of your work, as for me, I do mine more than well.

To my immense satisfaction, you are finally taking a step back. Are you realizing that you've only written a heap of nonsense (from an exclusively legal standpoint)? I’ll repeat it for the umpteenth time since you seem hard of hearing: IN MY OPINION, in Vic's writings, one could glimpse the elements of the crime of incitement to racial hatred, ASSUMING AND TAKING FOR GRANTED THAT THERE ARE NO ELEMENTS FOR EITHER THE CRIME OF DEFAMATION OR EVEN LESS FOR THAT OF INSULT.

But what's happening, why can't I log in?

And what the hell, when it's needed, it's needed.

Damn, so you really don't want to understand that the crime of defamation, in Vic's case, has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Defamation:
1. Anyone who offends the honor or decorum of a present person is punished with imprisonment for up to six months or with a fine of up to 1 million Lira.
2. The same penalty applies to anyone who commits the act through telegraphic or telephone communication, or with writings or drawings directed at the offended person.
3. The penalty is imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 2 million Lira, if the offense consists in attributing a specific fact.
4. Penalties are increased if the offense is committed in the presence of multiple people.
Reasons why the crime of defamation does not apply in this case:
lack of the objective element since Vic did not offend the decorum and honor of a present person (He indeed offended a community of people, obviously not present)
Lack of the subjective element since, obviously, it was not Vic’s intention to offend a SPECIFIC AND PRESENT person, but a community of individuals.
Finally, lack of the causal element.
My dear anonymous, it seems you're making yourself look ignorant and I advise you to stop, since, I repeat, I WORK in a law firm.
