Type O Negative Life Is Killing Me
Voto:
Beatles??? Hippie Melodies???????
Oh my God, who knows what I’ve been listening to all these years instead of Steel & company.
But is the Beatles thing yours or Scaruffi's?
By constantly digging into influences, we end up making comparisons that are, to say the least, improbable.
I don't agree with Stargazes. I love all the albums by Type up to October Rust, but the absolute best for me is this last one.
The most decadent, romantic, dreamy, gothic.
Let's finally stop taking what Scaruffi feeds us for gospel, please.
Life is Killing Me, just like the previous one, I consider an absolutely mediocre work.

"With Ribeiro's band and company, there are no half measures, and in this, they share the same fate as groups of the same caliber like Type 'O' Negative and others." This is debatable, given that I love Wolfheart and Irreligious and detest the latter, just as I adore the albums by Type O Negative up to October Rust and feel quite disgusted by the latter ones. "If instead you love the primordial sounds straddling Black Metal and Gothic of 'Wolfheart' and 'Irreligious', then you won't be able to do without this album..." Wrong; this album can easily be done without, as, in my opinion, it is not comparable at all to the first two, not only in terms of quality and music but also and above all because of Ribeiro's singing, which in Wolfheart and Irreligious is simply majestic, while here it is of a unique inconsistency and flatness. In conclusion, one can be a fan and objective at the same time. Your review, on the contrary, seems too much like that of a fan and not very objective.

Alright Bubi, it was different there, what does that have to do with it?
I wrote that comment after reading a review (perhaps deliberately) poorly written and full of grammatical errors.
It seems to me the bare minimum to know how to write correctly in Italian if you want to send a review and especially if you want others to read it. I consider it an essential thing.
Back to us, perhaps my comment was a bit instinctive after reading your judgment on Sabbath, I admit it, but in any case, I reiterate that your piece seems to me more of a pure and simple criticism of the historical importance of certain groups in relation to the artist you reviewed.
And of course, mine is also an opinion. Best regards.

Just a couple of words, Bubi.
First of all, I absolutely do not share your thoughts on Sabbath and some of the other groups you mentioned, but I respect them, of course.
In fact, my sarcasm stems mainly from the impression that you ridiculed the tastes of those who like certain bands to support an obscure artist.
A notable function, that of promoting a little-known artist. Less so to diminish the tastes of others by subtly claiming they don't understand anything.
As for the review chapter, accept it: I find yours anything but a review. Read it carefully if you can't come to terms with that.
For everything else you've written about me, my tastes, and my supposed writing ability, I accept your judgment without issues, whether you were being serious or just mocking me.

In the sense that at the very least they should give you a t-shirt.

Fuck Dave, I don’t want to get into the discussion because I'm ignorant of the subject, but for God’s sake, do you ever sleep? Don't you work?
Last comment at 6:34, the one before that at 3 in the morning, then scattered throughout the afternoon and all evening. I have no doubt you started commenting as early as the morning.
Your dedication to the cause of De Baser is truly commendable; I believe the publishers should take note of it.
