OMG, this guy has always been a pain in my ass! Inside and outside the Canz'e'Roses... when this crappy little album came out, some of my "friends" gave me the cassette for my birthday... I stopped talking to them. What a useless album! Aside from my (super) subjective comments, your review is pretty good, CycoCiccio! (Just please don’t review the entire discography of Dio, I beg you!) (I’m only kidding, haha..)

Quiet! I’ve seen the site too, but I read everywhere that Phase V is the last work and that the band is already split up... but if you’re sure otherwise, give me some good news.

I arrive with a 3 (three!) year delay to say that the review is excellent and the album is essential. The latest work, PHASE V, is also beautiful (I was thinking of reviewing it). It's a pity they've just disbanded. We'll miss them.

...AND NOW, THE NEWS:
In the soundtrack of "Broken Flowers," the recent film by Jim Jarmusch, there is an edited version (3:57) of Dopesmoker. A sort of hallucinatory and mesmerizing "theme." Crazy. It's my HIT for the winter of 2005/2006.
