As for the quotes, I tend to sprinkle them everywhere (maybe it’s a little personal madness, but it’s alright, isn’t it?): for example, if I'm eating something disgusting, it's instinctive for me to start with "sordesco" language: "pfff!....mmazzà che zozzeria! this we’ll give to the cat!...etc etc...."
