for MuSo: Bach, and not only, has a lot to do with rock music: you were thinking of that big jerk Elvis, right? :-)
Instead, for bluecamel, it's important to clarify that the idea that when there’s quality music that appeals to the public and is easy to listen to, it’s commercial and a mere consolation for those wanting to approach “higher” music, isn’t always valid. The Pink Floyd remain perhaps the greatest band of all time, and if one can combine amazing music with easy listening (even though for me this isn’t always true with the Floyd) as with Dark Side, then hats off. Let’s not play the usual intellectuals who only love the early Kraftwerk and Popol Vuh (which I love too, though, haha).

nice review....in this big bunch of Floydian reviews there's a heartfelt one full of interesting information like this one.....oh yes! I also agree that echoes is the greatest track made by these English gentlemen.

Yes, he had an accident: he says it was with the motorcycle, but it's said that he attempted suicide by jumping into the Tiber, but he landed on the ground instead of in the water.
Hence the famous phrase they shout at concerts: ah Richard, not even the Tiber wanted you!!

I wanted to review this too, anyway well done Matt7............ the advice is: if you find out about a Richard concert, make sure you don’t miss the opportunity and go, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
