Joel & Ethan Coen L'Uomo che non c'era

Thank you all as always. Quick question about an aspect of the plot that I’ve never quite understood: do you think Tolliver was a con artist or did he really intend to go into business? I still can't quite grasp it...
Joel & Ethan Coen Il Grande Lebowski

@Nes: for that detail, I referred to the Coen monograph on the OndaCinema site, I quote: "The film is released in a climate of semi-indifference, snubbed by the general public and initially considered a 'minor work' in the Coen filmography. A sort of vacation, some say. In Italy, it even hits theaters almost at the end of the season."
Joel & Ethan Coen Fargo

It's a film to which I am so deeply attached that even I, like the Coens in 1990, experienced a real "critic's block": I had all the concepts in my head but couldn't find words to express them that wouldn't disgrace and diminish such a masterpiece :)

Thank you all for the positive comments! The Coens are perhaps my favorite directors, and I would like to try to review all of their films, so if you feel like it, take a look at the reviews from time to time ;)

you idiots, if you went to check the date when the 2 reviews were published, you would realize (but at this point I even doubt that) that this one about Deb was published 2 years before the one on Benzoworld...
