A long, somewhat dull, and double review. I agree with Melisso that the last part of the review would have been enough.

I have to say rikii that it's exactly the same thing I did. Only that from being filler this album has turned into an excellent listen.

Honestly, I don't find the review that bad. Unfortunately, I have never listened to this album, so I can't express an opinion about it.

miii, the Semisonic. I only know "Closing Time" to be honest, but I remember really liking it. I've always snubbed the Counting Crows, labeled them as cheap pop-rock, and many have told me I was completely wrong. I’ll have to catch up sooner or later. Compilations can be a good starting point to get interested in a band, but they don’t hold much artistic value...

I agree with emme13, I don't love the Faust vs. Dalek genre; it's worth listening to. Absolutely! Fabulous.

"The review is not bad, absolutely. It's right to talk about this GREAT musician, absolutely magnificent at the May 1st concert last year!" <— I think we attended a different concert. Chuck at the concert didn't hit a single note, he could barely stand, and I felt an infinite tenderness for him. If we were to evaluate his career based on that performance... we would be "inguaìati," as they say down in Vesuvius!

the '80s but also the '90s... maybe almost more '90s than '80s! Damn it, when you get older you start to lose track of the decades.

the legendary goose step of Joe Campese. Great wing of the Australian national rugby team from the '80s!!! Oh, what great memories! Oh, the bullfighting! @Bjorky: come on, you're destroying it for me! @Melissa/Bubi/Whatever: great review and Uncle Chuck always deserves a spot among the greats. Don't fuck with Chuck!
