It wants to be intellectual and it isn't. It wants to be different and it isn't. It's what in English they call a "wanna be". It's like, to go back to music, if the death metal band you mentioned decided to make a jazz album. Result? 1. In my opinion, it's on the same level as Alvaro Vitali. So, you might actually be able to make me understand that this film is actually a 3-4 star movie with valid reasons. So far, you haven’t succeeded. Or rather, you haven’t gone much further than: "you don’t understand", "it’s beautiful because it’s beautiful", "there’s fantastic direction", "it’s far from Hollywood clichés". And I consider Black a rather pathetic actor. Dead and buried in his role that he can't even pull off.
