You won't believe it... but I bought the previous one... I have it in my CD collection, I've listened to 3 songs just once... and after reading the lyrics and getting a grasp of the band's "attitude"... I'm absolutely terrified!!! This has never happened to me before! They take things too seriously... and that scares me...

I'm sorry, but if you keep listening to these records for their fame or for the allure that the covers exert, you won't get anything out of them… Unfortunately, to truly enjoy them, it is, indeed, essential to be in the right mood; otherwise, you will never connect with the frequency of these compositions… It happens to me too, as I own certain CDs, but if I find myself in Ibiza surrounded by beautiful women with a Mojito in hand... screw Darkthrone! Think about it before just counting the bpm and the riff arrangements...

too biased a review and an album that is a bit too acclaimed more for historical reasons than anything else.. I listened to it a few times.. I don't really like it much.. I prefer Island, it moves me more..

The only thing I slightly criticize is giving it a 5 for free... because this album is more like a 3-4, a bit more objectively... I mean, if I have to give a 5 (I've done it too!), it comes to mind that it's the highest rating, and the pinnacle of death-brutal isn’t this Deicide! It’s just a suggestion that would also push away some of the detractors of extreme metal, always ready to throw dirt on us enthusiasts of the 5 stars!

First of all, in my opinion, this is not a review... it seems more like a comment on any forum.. second, never give a 5 unless you truly find the work to be perfect; give it a 3 or 4 instead.. third, talk about the emotions and the things that strike you, not just about what you don’t like (like the alleged lack of volumes in the drums which isn’t true..), fourth, don’t write a review unless you really feel the need to, or if there are maybe another 5 (that’s not your case)
Lastly, never start with "it’s the coolest of all" "it’s the best on the market" "much better than Tizio or Caio" because this always remains just your opinion (I say this as a fan of Burzum). I hope this helps you..
