character, although my knowledge of him doesn't go much beyond his collaborations with the now ex-Catarrhal Noise. I saw him about a year ago or a little more at Marghera Estate, if I remember correctly; he didn't excite me, but he didn’t disappoint me either, you know.

I had the first three, inherited from my older brother. Needless to say, I also built mini huts and knew how to navigate with a compass when I was little.

You can easily find the ebooks of all the episodes online (even in Italic). At least the first one is worth reading. I saw the movie, and apart from the animated guide segments (which are hilarious), I remember little else... negligible.

@Bartleboom: okay, I'm on the list and if I manage to make it tonight, I'll swing by; lately I've been in the mood for more easy-going things, but usually if there's some psychedelia, I don't mind at all. Maybe I'll take it step by step, first I'll re-listen to "everybody knows we got nowhere" and then if I'm still on planet Earth, I'll throw this in. Thanks.

I don't know them, but given the review and the vibes evoked by the album, I think I'll start with Earthless. Any recommendations? Something that's not excessively ultra-psychedelic from the above?

I guess, by now the "damage" is done. But I think they will still appreciate it if it's written in a way that keeps things as ambiguous as possible; it will just lack the surprise. Or I’ll bang my head hard until the concerned memory goes away :)

I saw it last night, I had missed it back then. I liked it a lot, I should get the book (and rewatch Blade Runner, just for good measure).

(ah, if grim fandango was visionary this is a continuous LSD trip from one mind to another)

comprehensive overview.
the game is very valid (as a platformer, it reminded me a bit of tombi). imho there was also some confusion of intent: the game, both in its platform nature and settings, seems aimed at a very young audience; however, visiting the minds reveals aspects that can be somewhat disturbing, much more adult elements than the rest of the gaming context. a mixed bag, in short, which imho has penalized it. it has also been released for pc, although it’s evident that the controls are much more comfortable with a joypad.

oh, they're back. nothing new, but it's a welcome and valid return.
but... where did I catch it a few days ago, with the help of Google, it had 5 tracks. a phantom "Invasion" that, looking closely at the tags, isn't listed as present on the album. where did that come from?
