Remarkable, you say so many things in just a few lines, a very juicy and tasty review. Unfortunately, I’ve never managed to digest this trend; I’ll have to approach it one day or another.

I find this review spot on. The film is one of those I've never managed to see; I hope to do so as soon as possible. The review is excellent because it reveals the plot while also hinting at opinions on characters, scenes, etc., and is also enjoyable to read :D

But the day they took the wine and sang la vie en rose?

Intriguing, the formation and the very unique instruments would be worth listening to just to see how they come together. You know, I almost feel like quoting The Punisher. I mean, it’s true the second part is excellent, no doubt about it—precisely + explanatory technique. The beginning is striking, well done :)

Okay, I had to read it again. A very personal review, personal because it focuses on the film's content, the story (you describe it so well that I already know I'm not going to like it; I can picture the scene of her singing and everyone putting money in the father’s hat, brrrrr :D). I still think you should reduce the lexical filter of your humanistic culture and try different approaches; I loved the reference to existentialism, French poetry, etc., maybe more specifically cinematic ones. Ahhhhh, that "a little taller than the original" at the end was fantastic!!!

oh, I must have missed this one; maybe it’s because I don’t like the song that much and I admit I read it half-heartedly because the character doesn't really draw me in. A movie about Cerdan, now that would be cool (not for any outdated machismo), but what has come out is interesting. The point is, if Debaser is a music site, born as a music site, it’s strange that now album reviews don’t stay on the homepage for long. It must have been a lifesaving choice to open up to cinema, but many who only review albums—and it seems there are quite a few—(and several film reviews done by those who review albums very well are quite amateurish) I don’t think want to struggle for such little publicity.
