Kyuss ...And The Circus Leaves Town
Voto:
Hi Caz... I never said this is my favorite Kyuss album (for the record, it's Blues For The Red Sun...) And I never said that cocaine has psychedelic effects! (even though I'm proud to say I've never used it!)... about Photropic, I meant that the voice seems to come from a remote, distant place, in a metaphysical sense... not that the voice is terrifying!!! (actually, "to come" is different from "to come out of"...) anyway, points of view! as always, I welcome the critiques...

perhaps dead in the sense that since the 80s we have talked about metal, glam, death, etc.... and the term heavy has fallen into disuse...

I preferred to review something I know quite well (never enough, actually!)... now that the Nirvana albums have run out, I’m forced to broaden my horizons (I’ve reviewed Soundgarden, in fact!)

thanks to you marcmat... I'm very passionate about the genre and it's only natural that I find in you an excellent reference... the story of your thesis on grunge really struck me, I would love to read it! I caught a glimpse of the Soundgarden biography the other day at the library... once my exams are over, I think I'll read it...
