I'm sorry if I said what I thought... I'm really sad to see the constructiveness of your comments (from Asilo Mariuccia) in my reviews... I'm sorry that Negrita makes (World Music....????!?!?!?!???!?!?!???!) music that feels overdone and dead since the mid-90s, when they were just starting to annoy everyone. I'm really very sorry.... but my criticisms are always without ratings, precisely because they are neither resentful nor meant to belittle others' work... but do you know who Bolan was, incompetent...? I saw Ligabue in '93... were you still in kindergarten then, shitting your pants...? I've met Negrita several times, at Tunnel in Milan, and I spoke with them many times, telling them what I thought and they were upset but open to criticism... who are you, the local know-it-all...? ... and then, honestly, you can't really tell me that it’s well-written. Okay, she may be 16, but writing the word album five times in the first paragraph shows a lack of lexical depth. At her age, I was trying to write reviews for a fanzine and often they were rejected with the reasoning that writing (about music and/or not only) IS A SERIOUS THING. Alright, opinions (and in this case, I agree with the reviewer on the value of the album) and okay, spelling/typing mistakes (see aguestre)... but as I said, when my writings weren’t published, they explained their decisions to me. I felt bad, but I went home and tried to understand what was wrong. I still have some reviews from back then, and I swear I never used the word album five times in a single paragraph.
