I just have one question to ask... You talk about the 80s as if you lived through them and your name is romeo1985... explain this to me because it doesn’t add up.

I was 8 or 9 years old and I dreamed of being Christian Le Barz... how many intergalactic trips with them and Space: 1999... then one wonders why I felt the need to psychotropize myself as an adult... :-)) Unusual recovery, but interesting.

Seen in '96... they were really very good, and I agree that a beast like that is quite nonsensical for those who don't know them.

@supervai... I believe it's a new reprint. If I'm not mistaken, with artwork similar to the original.

I have a reprint from '73... unfortunately. The cover is standard, but I've seen photos of the original (faithfully reproduced for the Japanese CD) and it was fantastic. I have the original "In Search Of Space" by Hawkwind, with the lightning that opens like a "book," also by Barney... hi Giona, thanks.

Thank you super... I must say this far exceeds the average of the period (which was incredibly high). I discovered it thanks to a blog by a Japanese guy who reviews only 66-73, and I found it wonderful because it captures the darkness so well... and the harpsichord helps...

I join in to thank super x for the tip. This is simply one of the books I love the most (so much that I've read it twice). I'm worried about the movie... nice review, even though as "odr" wanted to say, it's very hard to talk about it... :-)))
