Three years ago, I was slaughtered because I hadn't written who this Pajo was; one person (ironically) even speculated that it was a group of freaks from the 60s... quite a picture, both the "rece" and the cover. I'll definitely listen to yet another work by a genius.

@jurix... aside from the fact that I got to know them through Candy Apple Grey and for that, it will always hold a special place in my heart. But in '86 they wrote Crystal, Hardly Getting Over It, Sorry Somehow... tracks that better than any others outlined the coordinates of all indie to come, better than REM and Sonic Youth (the other two American underground stars of the eighties). They knew how to create ballads that are still moving (and relevant) today, not to mention the myriad of influences on the nineties... perhaps Warehouse (in its vast prolixity) is a tad weaker than the others... de gustibus :-)))
