The Black Heart Procession 2
Voto:
beautiful 2 a tad better than Three and a bit too """pop""" Love of the Tropics but if you want the darkness of the BPH... One is unbeatable. and then there are all the Jenkins/Zappoli records under the name Three Mile Pilot (scary!!!)
Guided By Voices Earthquake Glue
Voto:
Good job Francesco P. Pollard is completely outside any classification/musical rule. He does pretty much whatever he wants, and how the hell he does it well. The Hardcore UFO box set is the best.
Afterhours Hai paura del buio?
Voto:
In Italy, nothing like that... but ask Agnelli about Guided By Voices...?
Marlene Kuntz Catartica
Voto:
The only flaw (words of Cristiano Godano) is the length (and I disagree, I would have liked it to last three times longer) in an interview he granted me during the recordings of Il Vile. I think that after this, the trajectory has been slightly downward.
Sangue Misto SXM
Voto:
BRAVO. nothing in Italy but very little elsewhere sounds like this. BRAVO
Massimo Volume Da Qui
Voto:
If you really didn't like it, you could have taken it to the nearest thrift store and traded it for a nice music record...
Syd Barrett Barrett
Voto:
Eh eh, I think Barrett being the back of the piper is quite a nasty oversight... Barrett is Barrett. Always and forever the only genius of the Floyd. Waters (great musician/composer) has exploited his ideas for a lifetime (small example: Pink's shaved eyebrows in The Wall) and that great piece of ** Gilmour... well, let's leave it at that. SYD BARRETT
Syd Barrett The Madcap Laughs
Voto:
two points off the review ONLY for the 4-star rating on the album.
Belle And Sebastian The Boy With The Arab Strap
Voto:
janis... nothing to add to one of the albums that impressed me the most!
Tricky Maxinquaye
Voto:
maybe I prefer Pre-millennium Tension... but it's a nice race. Well done Marco, even if Ringo is a bit right.
