I'm with Trell... indie wasn't a genre, but the attitude of making indie(e)pendent records... and among all the names from the 80s, I'm sorry I didn't notice REM, Hüsker Dü, and The Replacements... then there's Pavement... but to this day, I can't really find anyone better than Doug Martsch... maybe the immortal J. Mascis...

They are definitely one of the cornerstones of the 90s, but it seems to me that they are still stirring the boiling cauldron of their experiences (and what a cauldron it is)... but they'll paint the masterpiece in the land of spiders... great Gonzo.

If I had to review MY album by Alberto, I would do it by copying yours and only replacing Rudy and Rita with Rockmantico... this is a magnificent page... thank you.

@Punisher... I believe you deserve the 5, and I think your non-rece of Hendrix deserved it too... from which I draw the deep yet playful spirit at the same time. As I already mentioned to you on that occasion.

Punisher... I fully understand your motivations... mine are affective-artistic... the 45 rpm in question is a paternal inheritance (mine is without a cover...) so it has always accompanied me... the artistic side comes from the fact that it was released at the beginning of '62, when most of the legends didn’t even exist yet (only Dylan had already released) and this is a piece that sounds fresh and GENIUS even today, despite being 44 "years old"... the critiques for a non-review like this are all valid (legitimate), but if you have the fortune to know the piece, you’ll agree with me that the target is hit and therefore the review fulfills its explanatory/educational purpose even for a beginner... and anyway, I love Apache. HOKAHEY...!!!!
