Floyd... years and years and years and years of Beatles (Pollard). I agree with those who argue that they never really produced a true masterpiece, but honestly, they sparked inspiration in most indie bands (and beyond) at the turn of the millennium. An endless source of ideas and points of reference. Pollard claims to have something like 2000 hours of recorded music on cassette from his college days and early teaching years, and that he will make them available sooner or later. I revere him as a master (...) and I love his side projects even more, like acid ranch, circus devil, or howling wolf orchestra... or pollard or robert pollard...

I prefer the USA, I like their "softness" more, but I see this alongside the Red Crayola's parabola as a futuristic record from the 60s and still futuristic today... good job Enry... really good.

I avoided the spinach of the Boston Sound to buy the triple CD box set of Beacon Street Union (Akarma rulez...!) and I must say that your review would fit them perfectly as well... I only know a few of their songs from various compilations... I will add them to my queue on soulseek...
