Joy Division Permanent 1995
Voto:
With this album, I discovered Joy Division. Logically, it’s essential to have "Unknown Pleasures" and "Closer." This collection deserves credit for including masterpieces like "Love Will Tear Us Apart" and "Transmission."

Absolutely agree on the Strokes. As for the asshole, I still have to do it. You’re invited to my bathroom tomorrow morning. Really with affection.

So, since you called me out, Frantz, labeling me as an "elitist" and an "ignoramus," without even knowing me... I own everything the U2 have done, even bootlegs, b-sides, etc. When I said to leave "One" and "With or Without You" alone, it was simply advice for those who have recently discovered U2 through compilations, for example, and only know the classics! U2 have made incredible albums, and they're as bold as can be; just think about the shift in "The Unforgettable Fire," after "War," or albums like "Zooropa" and "Pop" (A fantastic album, in my personal opinion. Ah, as you can see, I consider "Pop" a great album, and it’s made by forty-year-olds, which counters my supposed snobbishness regarding the artistic maturity of a band, dear Frantz). Listen to "Boy" to understand the evolution. Listen to "Boy" to grasp what it meant to be twenty in Dublin. Listen to "Boy" because it's still very relevant. Listen to "Boy" because it's fresh, and it's far from the maturity of "One" and "With or Without You." This is for those who haven't done so yet. So, don’t talk nonsense. With sympathy and elitism. Sir FranZ SouthMan, of royal blood. P.S. And then, the commercial aspect means nothing; everyone is trying to sell. There are those who do it while keeping their artistic soul intact, and others who just don’t care at all. U2 disappointed me with "All That You Can't Leave Behind," and it was their first misstep, even though there are some beautiful songs. But that’s not enough, at least for me.

Yes, but close the door when you're done. Honestly, your airs disgust us.

What I would mainly appreciate is a comment from someone discovering "Boy" after my review. CAZ and others, let me know.

Alright, Humax, everyone has copied. But if Verdena wrote better lyrics, the 4 would have been deserved for this album. But you can't still write "dentro meeeee, dentro teeeeee, non c'è nienteeeee" and it's so annoying! Why does no one ever judge the lyrics? Yet they are an integral part.

But why, instead of creating controversy, can't we make a constructive critique? What a drag!

NickGhostDrake, I'm also for moving forward and not looking back too much. In fact, I can't stand those who say, "I don't listen to today's music, only yesterday's." But "Boy" is a very current album, in an era where a certain type of rock has been rediscovered, far from solos and technique for its own sake. I'm sure many (from personal experience) know U2 for "One," "With or Without You," "Beautiful Day," and not for their first three albums, which truly demonstrated that "The Unforgettable Fire." I love "Boy" to madness, and I wanted to shout it out and, why not, pique someone's curiosity to discover it. That's all.

Surely about her artistic production. But the question was deliberately disturbing for the female audience that identifies with my question.
