I see a lot of Voivod here, but all set in a decidedly different atmosphere. I don’t really feel the comparison with Tool; Alchemist is definitely more experimental. In my opinion, Spiritecht is on par with all the other albums of the band, which means it’s a masterpiece. Excellent review. Well done!
