Stonecoldcrazy, go shame yourself for 10 minutes behind the blackboard for buying this album attached to Sorrisi & Canzoni. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant, but the fact that you bought this Sorrisi&Canzoni-marked album instead of the original scented vinyl disheartens me, both as a Debaser user and as an Italian citizen.

Oh, but there must be a reason why I asked for your last name. Is there something to get angry about? Why can’t we talk about music while getting to know each other?

Creative I'm sorry, I mistook you for my friend. Sorry, but what's your last name?

But Bartle, open your mind, think for a minute in the silence of your room.... what is a fake? Isn’t it always someone typing a nickname behind which they write more or less serious things? For me, it makes no sense to talk about fakes. We are all fakes. Do you happen to be named Edoardo Bartleboom from Vimercate? Am I, by any chance, actually Geenoo Vincenzetti from Porto San Giorgio? Come on!

I know Led Zeppelin IV, in fact I have it: just think about how the world goes. One of the others had it, a dear friend of mine who always wore a black t-shirt. Now he’s a geologist. Anyway, after all these years, I still can’t understand how you manage to spot a fake with such confidence.

Well come on… let’s not lose our cool. Alien by Scott 5/5, this one 3/5. Anyway, a solid and robust 80s blockbuster. Up to this point, the special effects "served" the film; now, looking at, I don’t know, that movie about cars that turn into giant robots, it seems like the special effects kill the film itself. If there’s no story, no suspense, what kind of movie do you want to make? In short, I think that because of the special effects there’s a decline in action movies. We’re all waiting for the big flashy thing but there’s no story. For example, the aforementioned Robocop, Terminator, and Die Hard had stories that pulled you in like a train. Now I watch Spider-Man or that movie about giant Hot Wheels and I just feel deflated.

Calm down, calm down, let's all take a breath and open a round table on the subject. From my point of view, contrary to what you are saying, Creative is the perfect prototype of the metalhead with long hair. In fact, while I’m at it, Creative, could you suggest the 3 most beautiful albums in the history of Metal music?

The Italian coarse drift has always existed, but it was confined to a certain caste of the rich/wealthy/social climbers until a few decades ago. By this, I mean that even politics, as corrupt, mafia-linked, and associated with the P2 (Propaganda Due) as it was, at least on the surface, had a manner of speaking that was polite, in a way reminiscent of mincul-pop. But it was always courteous. I don't remember Forlani, Andreotti, or even Craxi, let alone Berlinguer, losing their cool through words or actions. It seems like I’m always saying the same things, but everything began with Berlusconi's entry into politics and the rise of the Lega. From that moment, curse words, insults, slurs, and personal attacks (including on citizens—the "stupid" ones who vote left, for example—and on institutions) have become commonplace to the point that we’ve forgotten where it all comes from. It is evident that Berlusconi doesn’t have the slightest bit of decorum. He is a newly wealthy person, a bully, a tyrant. For the Lega, however, the situation is different because they have used vulgar language from the beginning to be closer to the people and easily recognizable, but in doing so, they too have legitimized a coarse and disrespectful language towards others. Of course, in 15 to 20 years, aided by Mediaset, which amplifies this filth, it has all become part of Italian culture, whether we like it or not. But we must not forget where this garbage comes from.
