Mayhem, I sometimes read horror books (or almost). But for me, it's like entering the horror tunnel at the amusement park. A game. Listening to these records is a game, a sonic pleasure, or is there someone who takes them seriously (for the messages they convey, for example)?

Mayhem, let me simplify my concept for you (since the "something that is wrong" you mentioned was something I wrote...): We were born to live. Our ancient and natural instinct is that of survival (we fear jumping even with a parachute, we fear a lion, we fear a disease...), in other words, of life. We unconsciously fight for life all the time. Whether we seek a good job (...thus money to live safely), whether we seek a woman (...thus instinctively to procreate, to bring new lives into the world), or whether we get back up after a tremendous "blow." Always, we fight for life. Because that’s how we have encoded it in our DNA. Never stop. Survive. In this context, I find a nihilistic sentiment, negative, even attracted to death in all its forms, to be out of place. Therefore, something that is not right in relation to a man's natural instinct. But this is, I repeat, my very limited personal opinion.

Yes Fjellt.. but this stuff for me "burns." I don’t understand it; it’s something that repels me. In art, I dive in headfirst. If I have to control it too... anyway, I’m sorry if you consider them superfluous comments, but they were the comments I felt like leaving. Regards.

Hold on, Onkelz. I'm not crossing into personal territory. I just did one plus one equals two. I don't know you. My saying that something's not right was about why people listen to this kind of music. However, there are many factors that come into play in reasoning like this, for example, the age of the listener. We all know that during adolescence, there's a phase of "sensucht," of existential angst, of melancholy that some cunning musicians fully exploit to fill their bank accounts.

Onkelz, allow me to have my own ideas, I repeat that if it makes you feel good to listen to a record like that, there’s something wrong. But it’s just my, minimal, absolutely subjective, insignificant opinion.

Onkelz that the world may not go can also be, but precisely for this reason I believe that in life, and especially in art, one should seek "the beautiful." And the beautiful for me is a positive thing, that when you look at it, listen to it, smell it, makes you feel better.... not worse.

Alright Fallen, the review is written, as usual, well, but certain things makes my stomach turn. It's stronger than me.
