Alright... my friends, in the spirit of good old John, I’ll leave you all in peace with a glass of red wine in hand and toast to you! I'm heading outside to enjoy the last rays of the sun on my face, to the sound of the cicadas.

Kataclisma, then what are you? What you appear to be? A rigid censor? A caustic scourge of morals? An inquisitor with the clinking torture devices ready for use?

.....tears blur my vision... Nick.. I'm sorry, but I can't focus on your response.....

I'm about to cry… my friend and mentor NickGhostdrake is officially notifying me that I've lost all privileges, including the one to even try. And Trell… sigh… sniff… after all this time… Kataklisma I read what he wrote. The editors made the choice we have to adhere to, or we can get up and not read… Please… friends… don’t leave me like this…

Cataclysm... what a "gentleman"... what a "pacifist"... there is nothing useless. Especially from those who allow us to be here squawking, spending their time.

Trell, after a long time, and perhaps for the first time, I am in -partial- disagreement with you. That is, if a review is published, you can’t expect that the bloodthirsty hyenas roaming these parts (myself included) won’t pounce on this spoiled yet, in a way, succulent meal. Or rather, how can one remain indifferent in the face of certain words, certain phrases? Either one lacks awareness, or anesthetizes it, or expresses their horror. Why not? After all, the review has been published and fed to the "navigators." The navigators reacted (myself included) to the provocation with over 200 comments. It seems to me there’s nothing strange about defending a figure who has marked the history of music... on a music site. Perhaps it should have been ignored "upstream," but I don’t presume to judge those who made that choice. Hi Trell and... you know how I am... I never "censor" anything that my brain processes. :)

Supersoul, I thank you because at least now there is a distancing from that disgraceful phrase, a stance that wasn't there before.
Then, the decision to publish belongs to the editors. Period. I, as you may have read above, agree with you; I would have thrown it in the trash. But neither you nor I made that choice. So, perhaps it's better to take it as a litmus test of the times. The reviewer is a classic example: a little man who "fires" blanks from behind a screen. Alas... a sad, very sad example of "people" who are transparent, insignificant. And I reiterate... there is little "human" in that phrase.

There's a party and you didn't let me know??? I would say that if there's an invoice to pay, a late interest rate of about 4.60% could be easily applied.
Flyn... where are you in the ether of the internet world? Where are you wandering? Have you been absorbed by a black hole?

Morpy, of course I didn't think you'd say that!!! Because if you'd put "In my opinion" everything that came after it, maybe, I wouldn't even read it... just kidding, come on! Hooray for relativism!!!! By the way Morp... did you know that the US went to war in Iraq only for the money from oil and to gain control of a very delicate area (by the way, did you know that the US can’t wait to start another little war against neighboring Iran... I wonder if they are waiting for some kind of "spark"...) and Saddam couldn't care less? Did you know that Lennon was a pacifist? Did you know that... oops!!!! Sorry! I fell into the diabolical trap of "I know everything"! :)
