I don't see it in terms of "good" and "evil," I mean sick in relation to the norm without value implications. The airhead girl who wants to sleep with the hottest guy, buy expensive shitty clothes, and act like a mini bitch-celebrity is the norm... the further you stray from the average stereotype, the more inclined you are to sickness, to intellectual deformation. Personally, I consider myself a psychological sicko at a good stage of deformation, no good or evil: just sick.

Young people have always been shit, because the vast majority of humanity is pathetic. Were the flower children any better because they "believed" in something? Buahah, they were exactly like the junkies who crash into guardrails on their way back from the club at night. The healthy human, as an animal, is predisposed to recognize the prevailing trend and adapt to it: “intelligence is a form of adaptation to the environment.” Being empty-headed has always been rewarded, and teenagers (as well as many adults) have always been so... then the outer shell around them changed: hippy clothes, military jumpsuits, leather jackets, designer disco jeans: always the same unmistakable shit. The more you think and critically assess, the more sick you become; man is not made to think but only to adapt.

DT are stuck in the Western binary of "being good not being good," just like almost all Westerners. Well, there are completely different approaches to music, such as Eastern reiteration, avant-garde noise, musical illiteracy, minimalism, etc., etc., etc... there are so many different languages and all those idiots like the dream: "knowing how to play." The result is a sleepy mess. For example, let's take the Velvet Underground... they had it all, the musical freshness that came from Cale's studies with La Monte Young, the application of beat poetry and drone from the rising sun to the reality of New York streets: shit and avant-garde... well, the VU gave us fucking masterpieces, what have the honor students stuffing schools ever given us?
