I would make a parallel between the Lizard and the acidic, scathing shots of Abel Ferrara, perhaps the greatest painters of the society lived in the foundations. What about the album? Gladiator is my favorite, apparently monochord, but actually structurally perfect. I don't agree on Albini; just listen to Kerosene on Atomizer to realize how much passion and nihilism hides behind that seemingly unique mask, which is nothing to envy to the Lizard... come on, let’s just say they are both great ^_^
