Honestly, I haven't finished the rec, but not because it's unenjoyable; I've played this album so much that it doesn't need words. By far my favorite of Metallica. Of course, I agree with the total reverence for fade to black, a grim black anthem that accompanied me throughout my adolescence.

Well done, Simone! I really like how you write and I completely agree with you about the impact of the so-called avant-gardes (both in music and many other fields), as well as your definition of glitch...very interesting conceptually. Unfortunately, my ears are ancient and they're not very adaptable to the aforementioned glitch, but who knows, maybe in the future... P.S.: SCARUFFI IS TENDENTIALLY AN ASSHOLE! However, sometimes I appreciate how he writes and the way he reviews certain historical works... the problem is that he only praises what he personally likes. Bye!

Good job Valerio! I would even give this discaccio less... I think I've only heard it once in full, but it deserves it because it ruins and clashes with what came before. However, my judgment doesn’t really count, I presume, because I seriously like Pink Floyd up until Meddle, you do you! I don't know why, but even Dark Side (whose beauty and importance are indisputable, just to be clear) doesn’t do much for me. I guess it’s because I got to know them mainly through the earlier stuff, so I don’t have any particular memories tied to the period from Dark Side onward. Bye.
