I'm listening to it for the third time now... first impressions: I like it more than Deloused, but we're just at the beginning and since the previous one made me crap water at first, let's hope for the best; it seems to me very verbose or rather a bit out of focus. In short, I think sometimes conciseness pays off... I don't know, it seems to me that there are fewer musical ideas compared to the other; I don't really like the sounds, but I haven't listened to it with headphones so I'm not sure if I'm wrong. Sometimes it leans a bit too much toward that boring '70s hard rock. I like the trumpets (I read that Flea is on the album), but for now, it seems very formal as a record, while I imagined something more challenging to listen to, I don't know, with more edges and excesses. Instead, for now, it flows smoothly without my ear getting excited about anything. Anyway, it seems rich in nooks and crannies, let's just hope they’re not too difficult to discover; otherwise, it becomes masturbatory and self-serving.

As usual, hats off to Kosmo, but honestly, other records deserve such a review. If I get a hold of them, I'll listen, but for now, the previous one is enough for me. I agree with "our" vv regarding the comment about the Kills, but I kind of like him; maybe it's his tough, worn-out look!! And I think he's a handsome guy... now don’t start thinking I’m on the other side, okay?! But are these two really together? The only thing I’d point out, Kosmo, is that you don't talk about how the album compares to the first one. I guess I'm just being picky tonight.

beautiful rec giubbo. but is this listenable like civil war, or masturbatory and almost annoying like A Chance to Cut? I agree that Matmos cares about the artwork, a smart move in the age of downloads.

The Rapture has been spinning in my player for two days, so I think this album has already set a record! It's a shame because a year before the release of Echoes, I downloaded House of Jealous Lovers with a different mix, and if you offered it to some DJ, they would spit in your face declaring that no one would dance to it... mysteries of heavy rotation.

my fucking record dealer just sold me the bootleg copy! So I arrive at the concert with like two listens in my ears… well, let’s hope they sound good. Strange, Luca, that you like Dream Theater and you can’t stand their '70s adoptive parents… I think I chewed on a bit of progressive in my youth, the very first stuff from Yes isn’t bad, while Dream Theater just can’t make it. Coincidentally, my record dealer is obsessed with the Theater.

Damn, did you know that jizzlobber drove me insane too? And then the scratch in the middle of midlife crisis, RV, and Michele's mega deep voice, Everything's Ruined, which even though it's very "pop" is one of my favorite tracks of theirs. But the Tomahawk just can’t do it... I hope the second one is better than the first, which I returned after just hearing it 5 times.

perhaps the book is Crazy Diamond Antimo, and the theory of his forced distancing is proposed by many... Waters has many declared feelings of guilt towards his friend, Gilmour (also an old friend) seems to have a bit less, apparently.
Kyuss ...And The Circus Leaves Town

I agree with Strangler. I feel the Qozza because the Kyuss are no longer around, even though they are two completely different things now.
