Can Soon Over Babaluma
Voto:
damn disco frisco was selling it for 8.90.....oh well, I copied monster movie. This babaluma is the last one I need, but I hope to get it soon. Next summer, I’ll be showing around my city Suzuki, who’s coming to play with some unspecified band. It’s going to be fun. By the way, kraut fans....you’ve already got krautrocksampler finally (badly) translated into Italian, right?

damn, antmo is still an album among my favorites... and to think I missed them when they played 6 years ago with those monsters from zen guerrilla!! anyway, eeviac is also a blast.

I have to say that Humax introduced me to the Mad River, and they remain indigestible to me. Musically they are ahead of Grateful Dead and Jefferson, but the vocals are absolutely awful; I swear that after two songs I have to turn it off because it makes me anxious. It's a mix between declamatory and off-key (not stoned).

I like it; the problem with the voice doesn't exist if you like David Byrne because whether you like it or not, he copies his style. But it's that same old thing that I enjoy.

I have last year's mini EP and it wasn't bad, they might lose steam over the long haul. Even in the previous 4 tracks I had, the déjà entendu was a bit heavy... but the sound is very blue cheer.

Damn, Antmo you have almost the same obsessions as me, but do we know each other? Anyway, I really like this album compared to the usual cloned stoner stuff. Into the Outside sucks for sure.

Damn, antmo, you’re freaching my already done reviews... it's my fault for not having ADSL at home. Anyway, I agree with you and that's why I waited almost two months before reviewing it... mmmh what to say, maybe that it’s "pretty weak." I swear it breaks my heart to say it, considering how much I loved the two previous ones, but this is smoke and mirrors. Let’s just say they were pretty clever to bundle the DVD to attract drooling buyers like us. Hellcore + sounds more like Megadeth with the lower guitar than the early Motorpsycho, astrodronaut is neither ambient nor psychedelic, it feels a bit like a joke. I’m sorry because the idea of a short distance was great, so they wouldn’t get lost in filler digressions, but instead, the result feels already heard. The DVD too (which I still need to finish watching in the right mental and physical conditions) seems like a decoy; the effects of the landscapes are barely better than those of Windows Media Player, and they probably should’ve left the videos out completely. The packaging is cool, but it’s not enough to feel satisfied. Ah, mine is copy 729/1000... who among you has 666? The review is great anyway.
