I completely agree, I’ve never heard the rest of the production (how is king of oblivion NIBIIO?), precisely because this doesn’t drive me crazy. At the Isle of Wight, they even played (not on the stage but in the midst of the crowd) Hawkwind, so much so that you can hear Hendrix in his live thanking the silver cat (Calvert had painted his face like a cat with silver paint...originals, the Kiss, right?).

I read the review... is track 5 just filler? For me it's the best, it reminds me of Songs For Drella by Reed and Cale. Do the funky guitars remind you of Arctic Monkeys? Murphy is over 40, do you think he could be inspired by a band of teenagers? At most, he’ll draw from the funky guitar style of the funky era, don’t you think? Anyway, just opinions.

I recently reviewed it for a fanzine... what can I say, as a layman in electronics, I always enjoy the disco/rock mix that Murphy creates. It might be cheesy, polished, trendy, but there are a couple of tracks on this one that are definitely beautiful. I’ve been listening to it nonstop for over a month, along with !!! (even better). Unfortunately, this type of product has one major problem: expiration date and storage method. If stored well (meaning it's listened to sparingly), it lasts for 6 months; otherwise, three months. I challenge anyone to put it back in the player in a year and a half. But for the moment, it’s brilliant.

I know the CCCP better than Massimo Volume, whose last memory is a very interesting live performance from '95. Wake up, because from the very beginning it felt like a poorly conceived group idea, given the similarities I found in a unique project that should have remained that way, and I don’t understand how one doesn't notice it. Maybe it was a bit arrogant, because it implied a common knowledge of CCCP that might not be so omnipervasive. However, unfortunately, they really got on my nerves, so I couldn't hold back. Therefore, aside from my "wake up," I stand by my expressed opinion.

I didn't say musically, like a surreal Soviet imagery, musically you actually hear it at the maximum volume... but there's already one at maximum volume from the group, right? Anyway, do as you wish. This is what I think, I don't expect to change your mind.
