Siena Root Kaleidoscope
Voto:
Beautiful Bartle, I missed Siena Root. This is what I like most, but I haven't heard many (the last one for example I don't like). Musically retrograde but enjoyable, it's a shame that the girl's voice gets on my nerves a bit, sometimes too lyrical. We should fill this gap of Nordic psychedelic bands from the last 10 years, there are plenty: Vibravoid, Oresund Space Collective, Asteroid #4 (only the first one is worth it), Litmus, Earthling Society, Liquid Visions, Sula Bassana and all that stuff.

These guys have it, but you can also find it on Amazon and other little sites. Oh, and by the way, it was reprinted a year ago, I didn't know that: leafhound.com

I was about to give them to him, then midway through I found myself holding the reissue of Acrimony's (come on stoner writers, who's up for it?) Tumuli Shroomaroom and the DVD of Motorpissico Haircuts, so that's the end of the game for this month. And maybe even for the next.

I hope it's a joke at Il_Paolo Poletti's expense; if so, well done. Otherwise, no. Also because this film is shit in its gaseous state, nothing compared to the cartoon, which had a nice plot (but it was still boring). And the good times of childhood are often nice for everyone, born in the 60s, 70s, 80s, or 90s. In hindsight, the 80s were a load of crap, nostalgia aside. And the cartoons worth reminiscing about are different: Urusei Yatsura, Dr. Slump, Gundam, Goldrake, Zambot and Daitarn, Captain Harlock, Jeeg, and so on.

Or maybe I’m mistaken about the origin as well, but when I spoke to him, I seemed to remember a place straddling Lombardy and Piedmont (in my confused mind, that says it all).

In fact, they are not from Tuscany. They are from a city in the north, either Lombard or Piedmontese (forgive me, but my northern geography stretches to Emilia and south to Molise). Anyway, I still don’t know if we are at the level of Snailking, but at least in headphones, it's a complete trip. The sounds are devastating, even better than usual. And Ammonia is truly beautiful. I hadn't thought about the parallel with Massive's Mezzanine... somehow it fits.

I don't know, from the comments I've heard it seems that the Japanese guitarist doesn't know how to handle the instrument, and my Japanese friends told me the same. If they were from Noale, nobody would care about them, let's admit it.

As usual, in these pages, goodness reigns supreme. And you have no idea how happy I am not to even know what these guys look like. Vapoche? What the hell is a Greek lamb? Capotondi? The daughter of Maccio Capatonda? Capocotta? Pci, Psi, Pli, Pri? Cazzaniga? I can't keep up with you anymore!
The Missing Links Driving You Insane
Voto:
Beautiful ignorant the Missing Links, but they never caught me. Except for Driving Me Insane, of course. When it comes to being long-haired and way ahead of their time, even in the Netherlands they weren't doing too bad, considering Q65, Outsiders, Cuby and the Blizzards. Now I'll take a look at your links.
