A suggestion: someone tell this Alessandro Cortini that the expression "Perle ai porci" translates to "Pearls before Swine" in English, as the name of the same 60's band teaches.
Akira Kurosawa Ran

I'll read it later, Marco, but in the meantime, a small note from a Japan expert: "Ran" means rebellion, uprising.

I have the 60's stuff by Fowley... or was it another Fowley? I also prefer Bolan's tablas and acoustic guitar period to the glam, guitar-heavy one.

Once in a while, I’m glad that Italy doesn’t participate in this abomination. We already have enough of what they pass off as music; if we had to spend money to send people to this village festival, it would be even more wasted money. And the Bodhi samples are unbearable; rather, I can only laugh at all these mishmashes of sounds. I’m not blaming you, but the people organizing this thing. Music of this type doesn’t endear Latvia to me (to put it mildly); on the contrary, it conveys and fuels cultural stereotypes, like ā€œjust look at the crap artistic sensibility the Latvians have; there’s no way I’m going on vacation there!ā€ Maybe I’m exaggerating, but in my view, it’s a terrible showcase of the cultural world of each represented country. I’m glad (as much as I might not care about national identity) that people abroad don’t know that there’s a CD of Amici, or that Povia exists, or Gigi d’Alessio, and so on. Dirty laundry belongs at home.
Ash Ra Tempel Seven Up

Yes Neu, just to clarify, the first part, I can't remember if it's space or time. @Lewis: you're right, I thought I had messed it up. Anyway, we're in agreement that a month and a half ago that guy who cracked is Hoffman? Because otherwise I'm really losing it.

In my opinion, it's the least interesting album by Ashra... mmmh Space is barely more than a out-of-tune blues; already Space gives me something more. My favorite, I know I'm going against the tide, but it's Join Inn. @muito: I think Leary is just playing with himself. The one who’s dead is Hoffmann.
Siena Root Kaleidoscope

I’ll have to listen to these Jex then. I heard a bit of them yesterday and I can confirm that the girl has an unbearable voice. I’ve never managed to fall in love with Witchcraft; the first and the last ones don’t bother me, but they seemed a bit irrelevant. Well, that's a pointless discussion because half of the elektrohasch and Nasoni stuff (here I always feel involved, given my facial fin) is "prescindibile."

No, but one of them loved to wander around the Scandicci/Val di Pesa area in the '80s. Explanation of the name straight from their mouths (or hands): "In the sense that blues is blue, hard rock is black, and reggae is pan-African colored, this music has the color of Siena. It is a warm, earthy color, originally from the muddy roots of Tuscany. Because this sound has roots that go deep, it was natural to let root be a part of the band's name."
Salvatore Samperi Sturmtruppen

Cochi and Renato in the 60s/early 70s were one thing, then a decline. Lombard comedy, as far as I’m concerned, but I can understand why they might appeal to some. I don’t remember the film well, but it doesn’t seem to me to be among the greats. Anyway, that’s not the point; if you enjoy indulging in such things, please feel free to join in. Unfortunately, I saw Kakkientruppen and for a while I bore the marks of it. Poor performance in school and so on, due to a sudden drop in IQ.
