I was in the front rows and I remember my sister catching Eddie's stage dive (and I think she tried to snag some trophy from the coveted prey of the twenty-somethings of the time).

Come on, Fusì! Even you are sweating in the heat just to see the Pearl Jam (I was basically there for them).

A concert like the one I saw in '93 by U2 (who were already at the top of ticket prices) cost 45,000 lire. Even being generous, that is, doubling the price for current living costs and for the euro, we can get to €90. Now they’re charging 150 and similar nonsense. It hasn't been a gradual increase but an explosion.

Well, what happened was perfectly summed up by Azzo: records are tanking and money is being made through concerts. The concert business has increased by 200% in the first half of the year. With downloads, people aren't buying records, but they're listening to more music and, above all, accessibility has democratically increased (whether that's a good or bad thing, I still don't know, given the crap passed off as gold that infests the airwaves), so the number of people who know about an artist has multiplied tenfold and the desire to see them has too. Thus, ticket prices have skyrocketed exponentially in just a few years, let's say since 2001. Anyway, just don't go if it costs too much. And check out young bands that aren't overhyped (because there too you hear all kinds of nonsense, like 30€ for crappy little groups) for a maximum of 20€. It's a bit like the controversy over the iPhone I've seen floating around online: angry people wanting to sue Apple for what they consider too high a price... but come on, just don't buy it, for heaven's sake!
Radiohead Kid A

"In '66 we had Revolver. 2000 gave us Kid A." Well, a little turd outside the bowl every now and then is acceptable, but here you're shitting on the brand new sofa! That is: it seems too early to say, and as much as I love both, the comparison between the value of the two albums is embarrassingly in favor of the first.

Look, with the sellers you find amazing deals at €3 (like the Awesome Color I reviewed) and €2.5 for shipping per item (but you don’t have a fixed shipping cost). So, by now I’ve become attached to amazon.fr, but I also used to order from the UK and DE. The UK has very low shipping costs, but higher prices (and there's always the fluctuating currency exchange) while on FR and DE you buy directly in €, and that's that. In fact, I might as well post another order... some neat stuff is coming out and I think I found the Neu at €6!

I've listened carefully, I don’t give ratings but for now it doesn’t seem like something worth tearing my clothes over.... I don't know, with these cold sounds from the 80s I don’t really feel the psychedelia at all. And I've realized that I can't stand that bass sound. I'd rather listen to The Cure. And I don't even like the voice. Since I'm not crazy about this, I’d prefer to listen to Black Sun Ensemble by ACedo instead.

Good job Colour Haze, the only ones that are formally stoner and still make sense. Especially the self-titled one is among my favorites. Why €40 in taxes??? I received 7 records two weeks ago, all in separate packaging and 4 from the same retailer (or market seller) and nothing to pay. Usually, this happens with boxes, like nuggets. And it’s €15. How did they justify this robbery to you? The CD box isn't bad; I actually got the Spine of God by Magnet (but you have to like it, come on!). If you’re on the Sleep side of life, go for the OM. Also, when buying on Amazon, always buy from market sellers, first for the prices and second because, in my opinion, customs hassle less.
