The Mandrake Memorial dear super have been a concern of mine for at least three and a half years. I downloaded everything as soon as I found them highly recommended on the extra pile, only to find myself with two somewhat elusive albums... or rather, difficult to understand. They have all the characteristics to please me, but in the end, they annoy me instead. Now I'm going out to the garden to have a corrected cigarette and let's see if my opinion changes (I don't know how many cigarettes I've smoked trying to find strobe effects from Puzzle, but to no effect).

Indeed, the forest smelled like ISB from a mile away, and I've always avoided them. I should find the Mushroom in some nook of the HD. Anyway, if they’re more boring than Strangely Strange, I'll pass on both. Try downloading the Mystic Siva from Chris (or from something else, I don't remember).

But indeed, what leaves me puzzled is that many of those who seem to be in their twenties (for the way they get excited over trivial musical things) are actually people who are older. I looked up some of the names they write about and you are right. But the impression strangely remains. Then, it’s probably a personal flaw of mine, but it seems to me that there’s a mania for finding the musical gem every month, and, unfortunately, it’s not like that.

You're a bastard! Where the hell do you find these records for 6 euros!!! Always at 23?? Anyway, I've officially (re)joined the ultrasnob club of "vinyl listeners." I just bought myself a turntable again. My girlfriend is already trembling at the potential doubling of music expenses.

I arrived yesterday from Amazon, and I'm going to see them in Cesena on the 23rd. I want to see in person if the bass drum is really made of acrtone as shown in the photo.

arrived yesterday from Amazon. I knew little about Fahey, but I bought it sight unseen, and for now (one listen) it's a nice experience and a fair spend.

You just mentioned two of my personal "fluff" albums from the fluffy 2008.

These are the ones hailed by Pitchfork when the EP came out, and then in the review of this album, the guys from Pitchfork wrote a laconic "SORRY" and a score like 0.4/10. I know Pitchfork doesn't mean much when it comes to the big picture, but it still hurt.
