I didn't know the plot of Angels and Demons (the book) and I thank you for giving me a hint of what an immense load of nonsense it could be. Antimatter in the Vatican was something I hadn’t considered, stuff from Ron Hubbard!

I don't understand how you can say that Ghost Dog is a masterpiece; to me it seemed interesting, but the grandstanding about the samurai, about the Hagakure (which, like many works written during the period of isolation of the island, like Gorin No Sho, has an origin that remains unclear, whether true or not), just made me a bit bored. Yes, in short, it's orientalism for Americans, if you want to be harsh. A bit like Kill Bill on another front, the popular one. However, I respect the fact that many like it, because I still remember it being well shot (even if the very core of the film, the ronin who chooses suicide and all the talk about loyalty, includes all those things that annoy me about Japan, and which the West believes are at the heart of their way of thinking, a big load of nonsense).

Isn't the talk about Tesla by the Stripes surreal??? Of course the answer to your final question is no, but I think you shouldn’t (and no one should) have asked it. It's all clearly manifest in this film, and it surprises me that anyone could be disappointed. It’s like going to see Lost In Translation and expecting a film that provides a sensible socio-anthropological view of contemporary Japan...

But isn’t this cover the one from the only album (or CD) that can be found??? Okay, I’m pretty ignorant about H/C, but we used to listen to Minor Threat often 10 years ago at university. Unfortunately, though, I prefer Fugazi much more...

I had forgotten the vote.

She's very young, and from the cover, she seems quite hot too! My daughter is very rich; I hope to ruin her adolescence by forcing her to dye her hair like Esperanza or like this football player: Ingrandisci questa immagine

I always recommend this: Avviso riguardante i contenuti it varies, ranging from minimalism, to dub, to old-school psychedelia, to primitive free folk, to pasta and chickpeas. Yes, in short, no one believes that I've listened to these records, but many are valid (and often not easy to find).

Good to see you again, Anto! Are you going to see The Heads next Saturday in Rome?? I can't make it, but I want someone to go!

I can’t give it more than 4/5 or even less, radagacuca aside. But in the end, are they Belgians? No, because some called them Dutch, some Swiss because of the Italian-Swiss type... help us out, supersoul! The krauts go perfectly with Bratwurst, are you crazy!!!

After writing this review, I went to look for the aforementioned book and, surprise, I had completely forgotten that I gifted it to an old university flame. Damn, it cost like 38,000 lire! She obviously accepted the appreciated gift and that’s it, see you later. Now I'm going to buy it again.
