Wait, Boldi's estimator just needs to die in silence. And the opinion of the critic matters, beyond everything. I really like Gianni Canova's editorials on Duellanti. He is one of the few who genuinely cares about the state of contemporary cinema beyond the established rules and the cemented discourses on art. At the same time, I really don't like what he says about Inland Empire in the extra features of the DVD of the same name. Goffredo Fofi isn't awful either (his contributions in "Incertamente!" regarding Ciprì and Maresco's cinema are excellent). A very commendable review.

I agree with the Sovereign. Kudos to Christian Bale for his dedication nonetheless.

I refuse to believe that you exist. In case I'm wrong, I wish you a happy death and very soon.

Is that really the translation of the text? Is he seriously saying those things?
Cripple Bastards Misantropo a Senso Unico

The term "apprezzarne" refers to a purely musical dimension or discourse. I don't care about the meaning and the political direction of the Cripplibastardiani lyrics; or rather, it is still possible to overlook them in comparison to other groups that could be described as "of the same fringe" (and even more extreme in terms of motivation, but also much, much poorer and lacking in musical merit compared to the Cripples). Anyway, I got caught up in a discussion that I don't even want to continue. I'm hungry.

The metaphor of the ladder made me smile, but, uhm... it seems to me a very, very poor review (in every sense). I know the album enough to understand its motivations, to appreciate its violent and raw form, and to decide not to vote for it.

In the first five lines of your review, you state something true (even if you don't specify or contextualize the meaning of what you're saying at all), but you express it in such an exaggerated and insufferably sensationalistic way - and given the subject in question, I would say there really isn't any need for that - that I would be tempted to give you a solid one.
John Carpenter La Cosa

a handful of men forced to doubt each other in a hostile environment. the galloping doubt that the person next to you is no longer "him" but yet another incarnation of "the thing." the doubt that slowly transforms into misanthropic terror, something very cerebral. a Kurt Russell who looks like the living copy of Jim Morrison. splatter monsters. a finale that's not bad at all. C-64 graphics inserts that scientifically explain how The Thing develops. for me, that's more than enough.
