You didn't say that "True Blackness" is practically the cover of Deathcrush. I listened to the album. The vocals are quite original, and the riffs (the lifeblood of old-school BM) aren't bad either. However, it doesn't live up to the expectations I had. What the hell, based on the review it should be a mega masterpiece, instead at times it borders on boredom. Still, it's not a shit album.
