Hope for happiness! I have to stop listening before entering school, or I never get in :), if I were the Minister of Culture (and luckily I'm not), I would send the Soft Machine to everyone, but really everyone. As for the review, congratulations on the choice; for me, it remains one of those albums that is impossible to review: it goes too far, a state of mind...

It radiates passion, strong, intense, and intimate.. congratulations iko, the album is sunny and soothing, and definitely not trivial, the ideal companion throughout this winter.

beautiful beautiful review for a great group, well done manumission! "a sense of unease, enveloping and paradoxically reassuring" I truly identify with that!

a wonderful album, my favorite along with "Ziggy Stardust." You're right, kosmo; with this album, the duke gets under your skin, it's visceral and at the same time aimed at the future... "blue blue electric blue it's the colour of my room..." fantastic! great review too.

The Delgados Universal Audio
Voto:
For me, Universal Audio is a very beautiful album; it makes me think of Scotland with its open, airy spaces that are welcoming in their own way. Nothing revolutionary, but it’s a very well-played record. They seem like Belle & Sebastian grown up, no longer adolescents… big up to Chemical Underground!
