Eh, eh! Yes, maybe I exaggerated in some situations, but I want to make it clear to those who are silent now and not responding that what they feel as truth (that Vasco is great) is nothing more than an acquired certainty that has never been confirmed.
In short, they think they are right and don’t want to hear anything else. Don’t you think this is a good time to teach them the TRUE reality?
I don’t know if I’ve been clear...

Come on, tell me: 1) does anyone want to argue that music is art? 2) does anyone think that the concept of art is different from what I expressed? 3) Do you perhaps think that art is the "pleasant" as SilverBlasco says? 4) do you believe that everyone can understand art just as everyone can understand electronics? 5) SilverBlasco, what basis do you have to state what art is? 6) is it perhaps false that Italian music has not invented any genre, that is, has never been a promoter of avant-garde but only "imported foreign genres"? 7) SilverBlasco, do you understand what "importing foreign genres" means or not? 8) am I perhaps wrong about what I say about MTV and its effects on people? 9) is it perhaps false that MTV monopolizes the power of music, meaning it does not leave space for all bands and all genres? 10) who is it that does not listen to advice? Who says one thing, then is informed that it might not be so, checks the facts, and reconsiders, or who finds an error in a phrase of a discourse and no longer wants to listen to the rest? I AM CURIOUS TO HEAR ABOUT THIS YOUR SILENCE / YOUR IGNORANCE!!!!!

It's still idiotic to criticize a point (that of composition) that I deduced from THIS forum, from YOUR words. So you didn't know who the hell composed the songs either; in fact, to put it bluntly, you didn't even know what the hell "composing songs" meant because you confused it with "writing the lyrics of a song." Shame on you! And you’re even here reviewing an album! Disgrace! And now that the point I made no longer holds because it was unfounded, shall we not talk about the OTHER points I mentioned? Shall we just forget everything? Just because one remark was nonsense, we should ignore the rest of the discussion? But do you know what it means to listen? Maybe you just can't think straight?

Could someone please tell me why Vasco is great? I repeat that others LONG before him have said what he is now saying in Italian, and it seems obvious to me that in this way it is always the same old story. Or not?

Alright, I looked into it: Vasco writes his own songs. However, that doesn’t mean he’s a great artist; rather (as I’ve been saying from the beginning while always specifying that I wasn’t informed about the composition issue, in short, I’ve spoken "like you", that is to say "hearsay"), Vasco is a singer-songwriter like many others. He can be liked or not, but definitely 1) he is famous for the exaggerated hype around him 2) One cannot ABSOLUTELY say that he is a "great artist" or "the best" or various nonsense 3) Vasco is not even a "great", he is "unique" in his way of singing and, as I said before, for this reason he can either be liked or not, but for sure this doesn’t make him a "great" or an artist! 4) If people had anything else to listen to, they would surely listen to something else, but those who only follow what MTV says must understand that what they hear is MEAGER AND INSIGNIFICANT, and moreover incompatible with making critical judgments about music.

Moreover, I'm not the only one who thinks this way, you can see it. While you... don’t think, you just act!
Thinking before doing HELPS!
You Vasco fans don’t have TRUE reasons to listen to him; otherwise, to fill the stadium to see him, you should also fill the places where the cover bands of AC/DC and KISS play, and yet I don’t see that! Most of the people who go to see cover bands of these two groups say this: "Vasco? What CRAP!!!" Those are people with guts, not you POSERS!

And then I'm the one who doesn't listen to others? How can you say that when in reality my speech doesn't change you one bit?
I admit it. I don't know anything about Vasco, but I do know about music. Actually, I wouldn't want to know anything about Vasco, but on the radio, on TV, in commercials, and 20 times on MTV when you're flipping through channels, you always catch it, IT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO AVOID IT, and therefore I know something about him!
I know the music he plays, I know who invented it, and he is certainly NOT one of them.
PERIOD. That's it, and I think you can't say anything about this!

There is a beautiful discussion on the Bollocine review!
