I almost forgot, if you call me "sister" I must be really special since I love those damned souls that go by the name of THE CURE and the adorable Robert, and at this very moment I'm listening to their album "Pornography." But it’s also true that I adore my angel "Peter Gabriel," a sublime soul, so am I a believer or not, or do I embrace every kind of sharing? Who knows!

Sometimes when we say "fatality"... Happy, you say I'm lacking arguments, well, look, I'm about to finish writing my 86th review and it's about Sufjan Stevens (do you know him?). Coincidentally, his album "Seven Swans" (do you know it?) is compared to Mel Gibson's film "Passion." What a coincidence, regarding the external attacks from those who judge and associate without stopping to think about everything surrounding such a delicate topic, without diving deeper into the argument. Sufjan, just like Mel, describes in this album Christianity or the culture of religion itself, without having to be its direct architect, but simply the interlocutor or the "messenger of himself" in a visual or sound form. He simply expresses himself as a form of art-culture without necessarily having to be a practicing or devoted Christian artist, or a direct custodian of his thoughts or visions, but rather as a man who makes music or, in this case, a film, as his heart desires, without needing to attach labels of "church" or preacher of our times. Sufjan's album is compared to this film precisely because they intersect rather than dissociate between religion and art, provoking an inevitable explosive critique that is too subjective. Anyway, when my review comes out, I recommend you read it, not so much for me, but for the feelings that an album with religious lyrics can transmit to a "believer" or "non-believer."

If you want to know, Happy, I am very religious (especially in my God) but not at all devout, and everything I think is a matter of history and a well difficult and complex way of life, which should not be told only among practitioners or bigots, but among people with broad and constructive views, Haloa.

I agree with Mr. Moustache, and I fully understand what you mean, nofake. In fact, it represents the eternal pain of the "Son of God" and the children of God (that is, us). Every single blow inflicted on that bleeding and exhausted body of "the man, as well as the Son of God" represents and is the real symbol of our pain, the individual suffering we have always lived and that will inevitably exist as long as there is life. And those who inflict pain on the "Son of God" represent the pain inflicted by "us," men, children of God, upon other children of God. Because it is we, men, who do not stop fighting useless wars, who do not cease to suppress other human lives, be it for exaltation, for madness (look at the 32 boys who died yesterday), out of selfishness, or whatever you want. This has existed since the dawn of time, and it will always be a continuous chain. But where has so much hate in people originated? We need to think about it sometimes and not continue to bury our heads in the sand, or act like the three wise monkeys: "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil."

Go ahead, Stronko, and listen to it with your eyes closed and, preferably, indeed, strictly isolated from other noises and everyday chaos; you will be catapulted into another world, guaranteed!
