Neurosis The Eye Of Every Storm

note for petro: I've digested the album a long time ago, since it was already out at the beginning of June, but I've waited until now to give a little publicity to the group that deserves it.
The Cure The Cure

Soon there will be news online about the CURE... fans, get ready!
Ben Harper The Will To Live
Voto:
well done, other times. really other times compared to the goodness of today
The Cure Disintegration

kiss me is a confusing album, too heterogeneous to be one of the best. There are very high peaks, and songs that don't measure up to the others. Does Disintegration need reviews?
Velvet Revolver Contraband
Voto:
Okay, is there someone who will review this album? I don't agree with the ways, but Hooker is right; Vic Sotto seems very biased. It may not be anything new, but this is a really great rock album, a hundred times better than Audioslave and the latest Jane's, for example. Scott is in incredible shape, he seems like a sprout compared to others of his generation. Maybe some can't stand that he's in a combo with the Guns, or maybe some still believe that the STP are clones of Pearl Jam who are clones of Nirvana? Who knows. Went too fast I'm out of luck and I don't even give a fuck. If only there were more albums like this these days. You deserve to hear White Stripes and Dulli for life.

I've known him for about a year, and I don't like him.
John Frusciante Shadows Collide With People

"a really great piece of alternative rock"... I think you might be exaggerating here.
John Frusciante Shadows Collide With People

truly, truly disappointing... where has the Frusciante I loved gone? This is just a facade pretending to be Syd Barrett's godson. They sound like leftovers from By the Way... the lyrics are pathetic. The songs are all pointless, except for the first one and a couple of instrumentals. I'm starting to understand that the decline of the RHCP is also, and above all, his fault. far from album of the month... it’s the shit of the year.
Vex Red Start with a Strong and Persistent Desire

Okay, I forgot to mention that the CD booklet (like other little hints in a couple of songs) reminds me a lot of Radiohead...
Joss Stone The Soul Sessions
Voto:
the concept is exactly the same,... a girl with a beautiful warm and bluesy voice, accompanied by an experienced band, playing mainly well-known repertoires. Norah Jones seems to me, at least, a more honest offer, admitting what she composes (a little) and what her band does. However, if you are satisfied... even Joss Stone is pleasant to listen to, but then I pull out the CDs of Fiona Apple.
