MariaelenaClarissaPaciNegletto... but is this a review? I greatly preferred your previous efforts... this is just tarnishing Debaser. What you have are the ratings for the EMOTIONAL songs (!?) and the album. You talk a lot about the meaning and usefulness of Debaser in promoting music and fostering discussion. Here you spread nothing and get upset at the first negative comment. And what kind of discussion can there be about what you've written? I’m perplexed. I hope your situation with Metallaro brings you clarity and peace.

The only thing I can appreciate about the Goo Goo Dolls is their use of acoustic guitar in some (few) of their songs, "Name" above all and "Sympathy," after which, that’s it. I lazily listened to their latest album and found it pointless, bland, and far from exciting. They have become prisoners of a cliché they can’t escape after the pop-acoustic-melodic shift you mentioned... resulting in them becoming boring and, alas, insignificant.

Colloquial level review (I quote: "for example, 'Freelove' has never convinced me, but I can tell you that my friend doesn't mind it" - !?!?!?!?!?!?!): I'm not for sterile reviews, but I can't appreciate the simplistic tones and the way you comment and tie the songs in your tracklist. I really love this album, much more than Playing The Angels (which is still a good album). The renewed energy of the DM, after Gahan's well-known struggles, has led to a new direction that I find quite commendable, even in their live performances (I saw them once on the Exciter tour and twice on the Playing the Angel tour).
