I believe I’m about your age. I’ve pretty much worn out Street Fighting Years and Real Life, captivated by that very personal sound you emphasized in your review. Then I too drifted away to follow other paths, other sounds. Neapolis was for me the album of reconciliation. But nothing will ever be the same again, even though Graffiti Soul is a surprisingly beautiful album. I would love to see them live at least once. Who knows. I missed it. This 2009 just keeps surprising me. I saw them live at Nuvolari Libera Tribù in Cuneo in 2004, just before the release of People Are Like Seasons. An unforgettable concert. Technology Won't Save Us left me a bit puzzled, but over time it grew on me. I have to hear this. I absolutely have to hear this. The review is pleasant and well-written.
