Congratulations Cool, you managed to make me read an entire page of rap, and sorry if that's not much.

Great proposal, but one piece of advice: try to be a bit more concise.

Justice, if you've never listened to Opeth, I recommend starting with Still Life or perhaps Blackwater Park. It's true that this is the best, but not everyone may like it.

Let's not say silly things, please. Damnation by Opeth is a good album, but it can't even compare to Jar Of Flies. In my opinion, the biggest rebuttal to those who label AIC as "commercial" is their latest album, Alice In Chains, which is, despite being the most recent, also the hardest to listen to. Not that JOF is that easy listening if you want to understand it deeply.

A very personal and, in its own way, original album, even if still immature (even the cover is of a remarkable roughness). In fact, there isn't a song that stands out clearly from the others, but that's a bit how it is for all Voivod albums; they are not a singles band, their skill lies in creating characteristic and particular atmospheres. In their career, they've only released a couple of huge flops, Negatron and Phobos; even the self-titled one with Newsted is an interesting work. By the way, do you know if they will be releasing a new album soon?

Good boy! Finally, someone who gives us a review of this masterpiece; otherwise, I would have done it sooner or later. It’s not their best album (which remains indisputably Dirt), but the songs here touch the soul like few others. What can I say about Rotten Apple, I Stay Away, No Excuses, and especially the beautiful Nutshell, pure emotion? It contains one of the best and most poignant lyrics I’ve ever read, and a phrase in particular that always sticks with me: WE CHASE MISPRINTED LIES... The only perhaps unnecessary song is the last one, but that’s a detail that doesn’t diminish the greatness of the album in the slightest.

True, "War And Pain" is really rough, but it's still very valid!
