Cathedral Forest of Equilibrium

The best album by Cathedral, absolutely seminal. Genre "Heavy Metal"???

Detailed, professional, and exhaustive review.

Thank you Grinningsoul, maybe it's because parts of the reviews come to me spontaneously while I'm listening to the album? Well, anyway it's a pleasure to discover that the emotions evoked by music are not just subjective. Bye

Ah, do you like Morgion? Great listening..
NortT / XASTHUR A Curse For The Lifeless

Uh.. This album must be a real gut punch. Nortt is one who "enjoys" mixing the most extreme Doom with the most depressive Black, while Xathur leans more towards a strictly Black territory, but still with a depressive-maniacal twist. In short, long live joy!

Only the last records of the Elend anyway...

The growl might not be appealing naturally, but it’s part of their style; I too didn’t like it when I first started listening to "extreme" music, but then I began to appreciate it. If you’re looking for Gothic without growl, try Black Tape For A Blue Girl or Elend, which are quite distant from My Dying Bride since they lack the Metal component. However, I can’t think of any serious Gothic Metal bands without growl.

So don't write the review, okay?
My Dying Bride Anti-Diluvian Chronicles

Well, I would say it's a very useless review; you probably think you're funny and witty with these remarks, but you are not at all, believe me. If you don't like growl vocals, look elsewhere and leave alone what you don't understand. The work you reviewed is a box set (and you didn't even mention that), so I don't have it, but My Dying Bride are one of the best Metal bands ever and a true cornerstone of Doom. Unique.
