Renato Zero, (Danny Elfman) Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, it. vers.
Voto:
In Italian, the song "Povero Jack" is spectacular... What have I done, what have I done, I was wrong, I was blind...
I have listened to both versions, the Italian one is truly beautiful, but the original is, in my opinion, more spot on because it is more expressive. If I remember correctly, there were gothic undertones that fit perfectly for a (fake) horror setting.

Can someone tell me a bit more about the journalist who interviews the TON in this DVD? She's really hot!

beautiful review, you intrigued me, I’ll look for it...
Type o Negative World Coming Down

I await it eagerly. In the meantime, I've listened to the single CD with the medley cover of Santana, included with the recently released live DVD. For more info, check out my review of "Symphony For The Devil" (Type O Negative).
HIM Love Metal
HIM Love Metal

A compliment to dark 4ever for their "childishness" and for their bland opinions completely devoid of any foundation. Cute, just because they're famous and people go to their concerts, does that mean they have to please everyone? And what are tastes? Do you know what subjectivity is? If what you wrote is really your reasoning, then I'm sorry, do something else because you don't understand shit about music. HIM do well instrumentally and also on a lyrical level, but their genre is NuMetal, which is a predisposition of metal music characteristics to commercial influences. As if that weren't enough, they are directed towards a teenage audience; they suck and irritate true metalheads like me and many others.

Look, to tell you the truth, I hadn't heard music like this before; let's say it reminds me of TON just because of the melancholic melody, but the only band I've heard play something that, even if it's distant, is similar are Anathema.
Black Majesty Sands Of Time
Voto:
You are certainly right in saying that I like Power, even though I'm attached to the genre due to a series of good memories. However, I don't love it as much as I did a few years ago, mainly because (let's not deny it) the trend of the genre has been declining. You’re right that I should review a nice CD, but I have the habit of describing the latest listens, so here’s "Sands Of Time," which I still recommend because, although it doesn’t introduce anything new, it can be placed on a higher level than other more famous power bands.

"To Pippo Baudo."
Blut Aus Nord Memoria Vetusta

I just finished listening to it, nice, but much more classic black metal in the style of Darkthrone than Viking. Anyway, it's nice, fluid with quite a few chilling Nordic sounds.

I just finished listening to it. So here we’re talking about an atmospheric album, full of sounds and dramatic and claustrophobic nuances, haunting sounds, etc. etc., that is honestly nice to listen to once, for example, on a night drive, or in your room while you're on the computer, but you can't take it too seriously because it's too ambient and can only serve as a background.
